Transaction market-conform reporting
The most crucial point in the life of a financial instrument is its purchase or sale. The instrument should be exchanged for a price that reflects the objective market conditions at this point in time. This is easy when considering a stock traded on an exchange, where the bid and ask prices are readily available. However, it is much more complex for OTC or illiquid instruments.
At Value & Risk, we have developed a method that analyses and documents the market conformity of a transaction according to evidence that is accepted by both auditors and regulators. This is currently one of our fastest growing fields.
The market conformity check is sent as a report to our client with a graphic analysis of the traded markt prices. If the client price is in this area, the transaction is market conform.
We offer our clients ad hoc reports within a short period of time.
