Management

: Dr. Karsten Wohlenberg

Dr. Karsten Wohlenberg is founder of the Value & Risk corporation, there he was the chairman of the bourd (CEO) board since 1998 and is now managing direktor since renamed the Value & Risk Service GmbH in November 2011.

Dr. Wohlenberg is in charge of the organizational development of Value & Risk Service GmbH.

: Gil Bender, MBA

Gil Bender is member of the management board of Value & Risk, since 2009. Hi is responsible for the four departments constructing the valuation service.

Mr. Bender holds a BBA in finance and MBA in strategic management and has 12 years of experience in the forefront of the international financial industry including financial engineering, asset-management, structuring, trading and risk- management experience. Making him an outstanding senior manager and expert for valuation and risk issues.
