Management
- Dr. Karsten Wohlenberg
Dr. Karsten Wohlenberg is the founder of the Value & Risk corporation, where he was the chairman of the board (CEO) since 1998 and is now managing direktor since renamed the Value & Risk Service GmbH in November 2011.
Dr. Wohlenberg is in charge of the organizational development of Value & Risk Service GmbH.
- Gil Bender, MBA
Gil Bender is a member of the management board of Value & Risk, since 2009. He is in charge of the four departments constituting the valuation service.
Mr. Bender holds a BBA in finance and MBA in strategic management and he has been working since 1999 at the forefront of the international financial industry. He worked for major banks and asset managers in financial engineering, structuring, trading and risk- management before joining Value & Risk. Mr. Bender is combining his financial and management skills to lead our fast-growing valuation business.
